Shipping Times + Pricing

Orders placed on weekdays before 12PM (AEST/AEDT) will typically be dispatched the same day. In cases where your order cannot be dispatched the same day, it will be sent the following day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday or the next business day if it falls on a public holiday.

All prices below are in Australian dollars (AUD).

SHIPPING INFORMATION

ORDER PROCESSING

We endeavour to dispatch all orders from our studio in Melbourne, Australia on the same day that your order is received, or the next business day if ordered on a weekend.

We ship all of our orders with Australia Post. The listed timeframes above are estimates provided by Australia Post and range depending on the destination country. If your individual country or continent is not listed, you can view all of the timeframes here.
 
The timeframes above do not include order processing times.

During peak holiday shopping periods (Black Friday, Valentine's Day, Boxing Day, Christmas, etc) please allow another 1-3 days in delays as our courier partners can become very busy during these periods.

Once we ship your order, you will be provided with a tracking number for your parcel via email. If you have not received the tracking email, please check your spam/junk folders. If you only entered your mobile at checkout and have not received the tracking SMS, please contact us at hello@saikocollective.com.

CUSTOMS DUTIES + TAXES

Your order may be subject to import duties, customs and/or taxes which are incurred once a shipment reaches its destination country. SAIKO is not responsible for these charges in the event that they are applied. We recommend checking with your country's regulations to see if there will be any additional costs.

DAMAGED OR LOST IN TRANSIT

All items are inspected carefully before they are shipped. Once the parcel has been forwarded to our shipping carrier, SAIKO is not responsible for any damages or loss that may occur during transit.

If you think that your parcel may be lost, please contact us at hello@saikocollective.com and we will do our best to help you locate it. As the customer/receiver, you will be responsible for filing any claims with the shipping carrier.
