WHAT OUR WARRANTY COVERS

Our Lifetime Warranty protects you against accidental damage. If you experience any issues such as a broken chain, clasp or a damaged pendant, we're here to help. Simply reach out to us and we'll guide you through the warranty process.

Important Details

• Accidental Damage Only: Our warranty covers repairs for accidental damage. Unfortunately, it does not cover losses due to theft, general wear and tear, loss of the item, or damage caused by third parties. For jewellery that uses black oil to accentuate the engravings, we recommend to take off your jewellery when washing your hands, swimming in the pool or ocean or engaging in physical activities to help your piece maintain its pristine appearance for as long as possible.
• Consumer Law Compliance: This warranty is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for any major failure of the product, and you are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality.

HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM

2. Provide Details: Include your order number and a brief description and photos of the damage.
