WHAT OUR WARRANTY COVERS
Our Lifetime Warranty protects you against accidental damage. If you experience any issues such as a broken chain, clasp or a damaged pendant, we're here to help. Simply reach out to us and we'll guide you through the warranty process.
Important Details
- Accidental Damage Only: Our warranty covers repairs for accidental damage. Unfortunately, it does not cover losses due to theft, general wear and tear, loss of the item, or damage caused by third parties.
- Consumer Law Compliance: This warranty is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for any major failure of the product, and you are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality.
