To reinforce our commitment to quality, we are proud to offer a Lifetime Warranty on all our jewellery so you can wear our pieces wherever, whenever, forever.
WHAT OUR WARRANTY COVERS
Our Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing faults and reasonable wear and tear under normal use. If your jewellery experiences issues such as a faulty clasp, chain weakness, or structural failure not caused by misuse, we’re here to help. Simply contact us and we’ll guide you through the warranty process.
Important Details
Wear and Tear Coverage
This warranty covers issues that arise over time through normal, everyday wear. This includes manufacturing-related faults and durability issues that occur despite proper care.
What's Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:

- Accidental damage (including snagging, pulling, bending, or impact)
- Damage caused by misuse or improper care
- Damage caused by third parties or unauthorised repairs
- Loss or theft

Black-Oil Finish Disclaimer
Some of our jewellery features a black oil finish to enhance engraved details. This finish is cosmetic and decorative in nature.
Due to the characteristics of black oil, fading, lightening, scratching, or gradual wear over time is normal and expected, even with careful use.
For this reason:
- Changes to the black oil finish are not considered a defect
- Wear to the black oil finish is not covered under our Lifetime Warranty
- Replacements or refunds will not be provided for cosmetic changes to the black oil finish
Care Advice
To help maintain your jewellery’s appearance and slow natural wear, we recommend removing your jewellery before:
- Washing hands or showering
- Swimming (pool or ocean)
- Exercising or engaging in physical activity
- Activities involving frequent hand contact with hard or abrasive surfaces
Following these guidelines will help preserve your piece for as long as possible.
Consumer Law Compliance
This warranty is in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for any major failure of the product, and you are entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they are not of acceptable quality.
HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM

- Provide Details: Include your order number and a brief description and photos of the damage.
- Follow Instructions: We will provide you with the next steps for processing your claim.
Warranty claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis to determine eligibility.
